Meditation Community is an online meditation offering, facilitated by me, John Miedema, a lifetime student of meditation and cognitive psychology. My approach is informed by vipassana and neuroscience. I facilitated a meditation group at my workplace for the past several years and am now offering it publicly. It is a combination of guided and silent meditation.
The next series begins on Sunday January 4, 2026.
Sittings start at 10 am EST and go for 30 minutes.
