The wisdom of meditation is death

    Posted on December 23, 2025April 14, 2026

The wisdom of meditation is death.
    Sorry not sorry.

Death teaches that everything changes and nothing lasts,
that suffering comes from clinging, chasing, and avoidance.

Even if I accept the end of body and ego,
I do not personally own an everlasting soul.

Knowing this on my deathbed is inevitable.
Knowing it while I still live is wisdom.
